Vicki Grove, Founder & CEO
With over 25 years serving clients, Ms. Grove has a solid reputation for delivering quality results. Her background includes a mix of executive leadership, management, strategic development, account management, creative and hands-on expertise in organizational communications and design strategies.

Prior to establishing Grove Strategies, Ms. Grove served as Chief Operating and Marketing Officer for DuffyGroup, Inc. She joined Duffy in 2005 after 22 years in employee communications and branding organizations that included 15 years as Senior Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager for Bernard Hodes Group and 6 years as Branch Manager for JWT Specialized Communications. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

Ms. Grove's passion for serving the business community and her commitment to superior service has been her trademark. She has worked as a consultant partner with many of the Phoenix area top employers over the years including Catholic Healthcare West, Honeywell, American Express, Avnet, Insight and many more.

Ms. Grove serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Human Resource Executive Forum (AzHREF) and the Steering Committee/Executive Forum Chair for the Diversity Leadership Alliance (DLA). She is also a former Board Member of the Valley of the Sun Human Resource Association (VSHRA). Ms. Grove is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS).
